Waisted my time gas energy and money this morning coming to the grand opening. It is advertised that that the first 100 customers in line would receive a $25 gift card. And today I picked up my neighbor and got there at the opening with anticipation. We were 3rd and 4th in line and stood for approximately 40 minutes before they began passing out gift cards. The person passing them out ( a middle aged spanish lady in a light blue shirt) walks up to my neighbor and I and asked are we together. We explained that we were neighbors and that we came to the event together. She passed my neighbor a gift card and not me saying that it is one per household. I continued to explain that we were not from the same household, but she just looked at me and said no and walked away, turning her back to me and ignoring me. There were literally 7 people in line total. And she stood there with a handful of cards. But she refused to give me one. The disappointment was embarassing and distasteful. I've been a patron for many years to the Elegant Beauty Supply chain. And was exited to have a location open up so close to home. But to be rejected, ignored and disregarded by a store employee is not a good feeling and it's not an incentive to spend my money there. I can sadly say I will not be returning. I've driven out of my area all this time to patronize other Beauty supply stores, I'll just have...
Read moreI normally don’t have problems at this store because i can find smaller things of hair products. I always come here. I get it’s Friday and all but the one owner/employee was following people around. To the point a male customer who was with a female had to ask him what’s the problem. He said oh nothing I’m just putting stuff up. I’m like you a lie he didn’t have anything in his hand. I was in the back by the wig section because I don’t know what I want to do with my hair. I’m 7 months pregnant and I have my backpack purse on me. Which I normally do. He keep coming by me (mind you the aisle is small) and I’m like he hits my belly it’s going to be a problem. So I get in the line to purchase my item because I needed it. There is a long line. And there is one guy not doing nothing just staring. That same employee comes and asks who paying with card. So I followed him. The same customer who asked him came behind me. I just hate people like that. It’s payday Friday you should want people to buy instead of walking out. But that’s fine. Amazon is one click away. I should’ve went to beauty exchange. I get they have cameras but they not going to follow a clearly pregnant woman around the store. I have no reason to lie or steal. I work and I clearly had my...
