My first experience will be my last. I dropped off some sheets, pillow cases, blankets and a comforter to be washed (not dry cleaned) and was not provided a price. When my wife picked up the order they charged us over $300 and said that was discounted. I called and was advised there was nothing they could do and I asked the owner to call me. I waited 1 week and no call even after I called 3 times to speak with the owner. My concern is that A. I wasn't provided a price. B. If they were going through my order and saw it was going to cost hundreds of dollars, why wouldn't they call to confirm I am willing to pay that? C. I asked for the items to be laundered, not dry cleaned. D. I asked several times to speak to the owner and was told they would be calling. 1 week and zero calls. I had a great experience with polo cleaners. I live in irvine and after reading the reviews I thought it would worth the drive to try their services as I’ve not been able to find a good cleaner in the area. I drove all the way as I had 3 expensive pure silk tops with quite a few marks and stains on them from deodorant to light specs of dirt / oil. As the items were very delicate I wanted to understand what treatment would be applied, after talking through all the pros and cons we agreed on a hand wash followed but dry cleaning. The results were incredible all the marks were removed and the colours of the tops retains their vibrancy and the material of the silk has not deteriorated. I felt like the staff listed to my concerns and were very attentive . In addition I was given the new customer 30% discount. I will be using pool cleaners as my go to despite the drive for me! Horrible customer service when I notified them o had been charged twice for the same invoice. The owner did nothing to fix it and was very nasty about it, he texted me, so unprofessional in customer service and quality of care for their business and relationship with their neighbors. This place use to be great when it was run by Beasley cleaners. Now that polo cleaners has taken over, horrible customer service and the prices have gone up as well.
