Everyone I know liked Starbucks coffee. I also like the pastries that they make. I like to stop here and get something when I am going to visit someone. It always makes people happy when you show up with a little gift from Starbucks. This store is close to my home so it is easy to stop here often. The employees here are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Starbucks

Notably good vibes at this Mission Viejo shopping center Starbucks, about five minutes up the Oso Parkway from the 5 freeway. Better than the shopping center Starbucks about a mile closer to the freeway, which had a distinctly uncool vibe when I went at a similar time (before 6 am) and day of the week (thursday). I would recommend this location over that location for sure.

Are you serious? I came back home and added a full cup of ice just to see how little drink I received, the drink is only 3/4 of this venti cup. Look at the light ice next to my drink. Did someone drink this or what is going on here? I ordered no ice at other Starbucks and I knew it’s not going to be a full cup but this is just ridiculous.

Worst Starbucks in Orange County. Terrible management. Horrible service and rude. People with no shoes allowed to walk around store while managers harassed disabled veteran and a nurse who were wearing their masks, yet the young manager still felt the need to talk and gossip about the veteran and his mask after he had left the building and they didn’t know a member of his party was still standing in the line waiting for coffee. Staff was super friendly and helpful! But I Walked all the way over her from my new house to reward myself from a long week of work... once I returned home and they completely burnt my sandwich to the point it’s rock hard and I can’t even it it... forgot the Siracha. And made my drink hot instead of iced... I obviously noticed the drink right away but was like whatever..... but the sandwhich was even more disappointing... 11 dollars down...
