Saturday May 29 10am 2021 Employee took my order for a shake and proceeded to have a full conversation with a customer who seemed to be flirting with the female employee for a good 10 minutes. This is the first time I received a horrible service by a lady with redish hair. I called 15 min in advance and she told me my shake would be ready 5 min. I got there and she didn’t say “hi, how can I help?” I waited another 5 min until she decided to turn and ask me. Super rude. Then she took another 10 min making my shake. I gave her my point card and she kept it, and made an excuse that she put a discount. But it’s for a free shake . horrible...

In usually very fond of this business overall, but out of all the shakes I've purchased over time, the one I bought here was the worse. I had asked for peanut butter and it wasn't added in blender. I know that bc it's all I ever order, so when I asked the guy to add peanut butter he just dropped a scoop in and didn't blend it which was not good at all.
