We ate at this location yesterday. The restaurant was empty. We got terrible service. The only other person eating in the dinning are was a supervisor. We ordered 5 different plates. We got our order with exception of an order of tacos al pastor. 20 minutes past and they had not brought them out. I told the cashier and she never apologized. She acted like it was no big deal. The restaurant supervisor heard everything and said nothing. My daughter's enchiladas were chew and gross. This location completely disappointed us. We are regular customers of the Edinburg location and only have good things to say. We will never visit this...

Food quality never disappoints. However, their customer service was not professional from start to finish. When ordering my food, the waitress was rude and seemed annoyed, which I looked over. But when seated, they tend to go around and take away your complimentary salsas without asking. When I told the lady I was still using it, she rolled her eyes and made heavy sighs. When you ask them about your food, they get mad and speak back with attitude. I hope they can improve their customer service...

The people weren’t all that nice when we mentioned a mistake in our order. My father had ordered half and half meat on espadas (#15) and didn’t get that. On my order of espadas they didn’t have any cheese when they’re supposed to and my mother mentioned it to them and weren’t so great on their mistake.
