I take back that review. We’ve been going to this gym since it was Cornerstone. After that, several other companies owned it. It stared good under truefit, it is a shame what has become of it in the last year or so. It is embarrassing. They went from having a cleaning crew which was let go for not keeping up with the necessities of the gym, to hiring a contractor to clean the gym a couple of times a week, to not having anyone to keep this place. It has been abandoned by employees, trainers etc. I’ve been there everyday, except Sunday’s for the last 3 years and it is sad that this company can not figure out how to make it work. Dirty, even trainers don’t pick up after their clients, I as a member try to re-rack weight, pick up plates and trash from the floor. For daily gym goers and even employees they know who I am because I am always trying to put equipment back where it belongs. Employees see me doing it and they don’t offer to help or have anyone do it. This pictures show how messy it is and it can stay like that for days. They stopped placing paper towels in the restroom. If you wash your hands or use the sauna, good luck, bring your own towel. People take weights into the restrooms and they stay there for days. No employee cares to put them back. If the company can’t find someone to manage this place, I volunteer. Anyone can do a better job than whatever they’re doing at the moment. The pictures speak for themselves.

I’ve had such a great experience at my local Tru Fit, and I want to take a moment to especially highlight one of the team members, Joaquin. Every time I come in, he goes above and beyond to make sure the gym feels welcoming and comfortable. He’s always professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the members. It’s rare to find someone who consistently puts in that kind of effort, and it really makes a difference in the overall atmosphere. What stands out the most about Joaquin is his attention to detail and the positive energy he brings to the gym. Whether it’s answering questions, helping people feel at ease, or keeping everything running smoothly, he handles it all with a great attitude. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the way members enjoy their experience here. Tru Fit is already a solid gym with its equipment and environment, but Joaquin takes it to another level. Employees like him are the reason people stick around—not just because of the facility, but because of the people who make it feel like a community. He deserves a ton of recognition, and I definitely give this Tru Fit 5 stars thanks to the outstanding service he provides.

People in this gym have no gym etiquette, they don’t rack weights dumbbell nor plates they leave them everywhere. One has limited amount of time and looking for weights that’s aren’t racked is annoying. In addition, there’s elderly people that workout here and this is a safety hazard for them because they can get injured. Machines break and take a while to fix. Restrooms and mirrors are dirty. No maintenance overall; it is frustrating because one pays a maintenance fee and you don’t see the gym up to the standards. I’ve been coming since 2019 to this gym and by far this is the worst state I’ve seen it. One is paying for a service and the quality is reducing. I took photos of how no one racks their weights and how the restrooms are dirty (I made sure no one was in the locker room changing or in the restroom before taking a photo) . The only reason this gym has good reviews is because they were giving out free energy drinks to bring up the reviews which is an unethical business practice that affects the business culture in the valley.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Ulrick as my trainer, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. If you're serious about achieving results, I highly recommend investing in the training program. Ulrick is undoubtedly the best trainer I've come across in a long time. His expertise and dedication are truly remarkable.

Throughout the program, Ulrick demonstrated a deep understanding of fitness and tailored the workouts to suit my needs and goals. His guidance and support were instrumental in pushing me to new limits and achieving my desired results. Not only did he provide effective workout routines, but he also educated me on proper form and technique, ensuring that I performed each exercise correctly and safely.

What sets Ulrick apart is his exceptional ability to motivate and inspire. He pushed me beyond my comfort zone, encouraging me to challenge myself and surpass my own expectations. His positive and encouraging demeanor made each session enjoyable and left me feeling empowered and motivated to continue pushing forward.

Furthermore, Ulrick's knowledge extends beyond just physical training. He provided valuable insights into nutrition and lifestyle habits that complemented the workouts and contributed to overall well-being. His holistic approach to fitness made the program comprehensive and effective.

Working with Ulrick has been a game-changer for me. I've seen significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness level. Not only did I achieve the results I desired, but I also gained confidence and a newfound passion for fitness.

If you're looking for a trainer who will go above and beyond to help you reach your goals, look no further than Ulrick. I can confidently say that he is the best trainer I've had the pleasure of working with, and I wholeheartedly recommend him and his training program. Invest in yourself, and let Ulrick guide you to success. You won't regret it.

Here's to a healthier...

Super BAD service. I have wanted to cancel the contract from 10 days after I signed it. I realized that the information they gave me at the counter was wrong, I wanted to CANCEL and when I went to claim the manager was very calm and said "this is my first day of work here, what happened before this I don't care" just gave me the corporate phone and I thought that would fix the problem with that. Finally I have paid for all this time for a service that I do not use, now after 10 months paying, I return to the GYM to finally cancel , because it's going to be 12 months in August, and the manager responded "I'm sorry you have to pay until December, because of the pandemic your contract was extended " Anyway the same story, she tells me to dial the corporate phone, but they will tell me the same. Finally where is the attention to the client? The GYM is not prepared with the prevention measures for this pandemic, everything remains the same, they did not invest in prevention measures, I honestly would not expose myself to go at this time, I think that the current manager literally "DOESN'T CARE FOR YOU, AS A CLIENT" and they only sees the economic question. Now it turns out that the terms of the contracts move if we go through a pandemic, did I tell you if this pandemic lasts 2 years my contract ends in 2022 or what? And she tells me that that will not happen. Anyway the manager still says come 30 days before or your contract is going to be renewed for another full year in automatically.

What do you expect me to stay in a gym that does not meet the minimum health rules? Those who were entering NOT all brought mouth masks, there are no separate spaces between the devices, everything in the GYM is the same, one more business that lacks a lot of customer attention.

I am going to check with the City of Mission to review the necessary adjustments that should be implemented for...
