I usually get my records here and I have never once had an issue untill now. This last time we went, it was an awful experience. We bought 1 Mac Miller record & once we got home, it would not stop skipping. It was a brand new record so I was very confused but I had no reason to believe it was my record player as we tried several of my other records which were also brand new and they worked amazing. I called and they said I could bring it back. When we returned it, the manager Scott was very rude. He ended up refunding us through card but wouldn’t give us a receipt. We trusted that he refunded us and we were on our way. A week later, still no refund. We called and he was very rude once again saying that the record doesn’t skip & that it’s my record player. Which is not true because every other record worked great. We went back in today 1/9/23 and he finally wrote us a check. He was extremely disrespectful and said if we come in again & a record doesn’t work, then we can’t return it as if we’d ever come back after the way he treated us. I do not recommend going here. Went here because I was looking for an old album from the 80s. I looked, couldn't find it to save my life. Asked the gentleman behind the counter about it and he found it for me in about 30 seconds. I'm also a fan of comedy albums and found a copy of Father Guido Sarduchi, of SNL fame. Every time I come back to Missoula, I will be stopping in here. Great place, decent prices and...

Great Store, friendly people working at the front counter. I always find something there. I only had 30 dollars last time I went there when I got 7 vinyl records, the guy knocked it down from 37 to 30, I will definitely come back. Great Prices too! The soundtracks are never over over 7 bucks, and the rest of the store is mostly under 20. I definitely will recommend this store...
