The coffee is decent. I go for drip. The 3 stars is from the random issues I’ve had with customer service and policy. It’s so random, but the worst to deal with before your morning caffeine. Having to ask to top my cup off multiple times on the same cup is aggravating. The big one is the punch card. Earning my free drink, plus purchasing a second, I was charged for the more expensive drink. When I asked later, a stern response by both baristas at the same time was issued. Always, this has been my favorite place to go for a good ☕. Always I have gotten amazing customer service and until today. I can not believe how rude the 2 women were that were working. Hands down, the worst experience I have ever had with a batista. I am absolutely floored that 2 people in the customer service industry could act in such an abrasive and rude manner. This is one of my fav. places to go for coffee and protein shakes, specifically the shakes😊They dont leave any chalky or grainy taste in the shake, and i love the fact that theyre all organic. I would definately recommend this place if youre looking for a good wake up with coffee, or a boost with a protein shake after a great workout.
