Where to begin? The entire process from start to finish was seamless and enjoyable. It started with our in-store visit, where we were greeted with ice cold lemonade and shown the entire store by miss Leslie herself. She was kind, pleasant and professional the entire time. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to communicate efficiently and effectively throughout the whole process. Ordering our furniture was quick and easy! We felt comfortable enough with the information she gave us to confidently spend several thousand dollars on multiple pieces for multiple rooms. Ranging from our sectional sofa to our dinning room set, our king bed set and more! The delivery came the day they promised and the two gentlemen who showed up to deliver our goods were extremely polite and professional, not to mention quick! They set every last piece up for us and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves once complete. I will ALWAYS use Leslie’s furniture for all my future home decor endeavors. I was disappointed in the services that I received from LF. I purchased a Queen-sized bed for my elderly mother and the box spring made the bed too high for her to get into it. She was suppose to receive another medium-sized box spring but I never received it. The dresser that I purchased was chipped at the bottom upon delivery. I was asked to call a gentlemen by the name of Tony to fix it. After several weeks of waiting, he called on a Friday night and asked to stop by to fix the dresser. I told him I wasn’t home and could he stop by the next day. He explained that he was very busy. I never received my mattress and my dresser is still chipped. I bought a couch from this company and over all I am not satisfied. First of all finding a couch thru a catalog is not a good idea it never looks the same as it’s described. I was thinking I signed up for a 12 contract with Snap Finance and it turned out to be a 18 mo contract. Everything was done on line and no physical paperwork was provided. Be very careful what you sign up for as I feel deceived. I’m paying 3 times what this couch is worth. It’s partly my fault for not getting it in writing.
