I have used this laundry service for a couple years and I have been using the app with no problems until now my rewards I had and used are now missing and now they tried charging my card 2x at 3am and then again at 4am first time they tried charging me 9.48 with no explanation and then a hour later they changed it to 8.48 and it went through again no explanation. So what did owe 9.50 or 8.50 and why in the middle of the night? I went back and every machine I used I paid for but my rewards(that don’t expire) are now missing and the app says call them the laundromat employees can’t talk to me so I hunt down app phone number online and it goes straight to voicemail it’s the last 8.50 I’ll ever spend there again. And mind you I usually pay for wash and fold I usually have a bill between 100-150+tip but something ain’t right when they just keep charging my card $1 less every hour till they get some money and leave no explanation for why I think new owners but regardless I am deleting the app and never going back What really upsets me is I REALLY LIKED THE PLACE but if $10 is worth losing a customer oh well I tip their employees $50 cash because they told me they don’t get card tips which is why I quit using the wash and fold service on top of them raising the price 50% long to...

Been here about 4 times, the first two times were great. But today was my last day ever stepping foot in there. For starters, I noticed their washes are not that great, they’re subpar at best; also, their air conditioning went out or idk if they just don’t want to turn it on but it was so hot in there today (6.8.25), and they had just a tower fan blowing, it was ridiculous; we’re in TEXAS for gods sakes . Also, half of the dryers are either out of service or they don’t accept card so you need to download the app, which NO ONE wants to do, so everyone (on a busy day) decides to fight over dryers that accept card. Wow! Awesome laundromat! While waiting for our new washer to arrive, I did laundry here on a weekly basis for a month. This place is exceptionally clean! There's also 4 iPad's for the kiddos to keep busy plus separate Men & Women bathroom. There is always someone here to clean the machine and tend to customers. They are coinless laundromat meaning they do not use quarters. If this is your first time here, buy their card for a dollar to load your money with via credit card or cash.
