Kim Events was an absolute gem of a vendor. Kim and her team were such an ease to work with. They immediately understood our vision and were quite flexible with our constant changes in ideas. They transformed our wedding venue into the minimalist, cutesy wedding we dreamed of without breaking the bank. From the initial consultation to the big day, their team was professional, attentive, and truly committed to bringing our vision to life. The ceiling and table arrangements we requested were carefully curated and well-planned, making every single detail feel personal and magical.

What impressed us most was how they worked with our budget. We never felt pressured to add anything unnecessary or to stretch beyond what we were comfortable with, yet the results were nothing short of spectacular. They found creative ways to maximize our floral and ceiling options that made our dream wedding come true!

The team was punctual and handled everything with quick responses. They arrived early to set up, ensured everything was picture-perfect. They also were flexible in their break-down and clean up afterwards, so we had nothing to worry about. Many of our guests commented on how whimsical and cute the night was, thanks to KimEvents’ talent and execution. We couldn’t have asked for a better floral and decor vendor. The planning process was crazy, especially since I lived out of state, but Thi was super communicative and responsive. She was super understanding of last minute changes and did her best to keep us within our decor budget. They also worked extremely hard to flip and repurpose my decor from the ceremony to the reception in a short/limited amount of time. I loved how everything turned out - it was the perfect soft pink and romantic vibe I was going for!

The only complaint I have is my reception door floral arch. My reception door was rectangular, but my floral arch for the door came curved. Thus, it didn't really fit the door properly, and my wedding coordinator had to make adjustments on the spot. This was a bit disappointing since they have done multiple weddings at my venue before. My mom/MIL fresh floral corsages also came apart more easily than we would've liked. The petals were coming off even before the ceremony started. But, other than that, I was incredibly happy with their services and would recommend them for your big day!

Wedding planning is truly not for the faint of heart. Planning for a traditional tea ceremony when you're a first born American and have no clue? This is it. And even if you do know what you need, do you really want to keep these items until the end of time? Not I. Talk about the hoarding pile of the century.

I found and contacted Kim Events a month or so before my wedding by serendipity, and it was like the skies had cleared. They offer a variety of packages regarding Tea Ceremony set up and a number of color choices for your predilection. I myself am partial to red, so it was a no brainer. Their set up is breathtaking. Literally took me back to historical asian dramas, if you catch my drift. Leaps and bounds beyond what we could have concocted ourselves. They offer traditional offering trays, incense and candles, tea sets, and all the gold ornate items required in an altar setup. The backdrop is of course included and spectacular. They also set up a flower arch outside your home. Basically, all in one. They give you times for estimated set up and later breakdown, and are very prompt.
