What's extra special about this one, is the best customer service I always receive! Jessica has been so pleasant since I came to this town, and she's made my shopping experience so so good I can't emphasize enough. I already have my heart and hands full being a mom and Jessica helps ease my anxiety and helps me calculate all types of options when I shop. I told her today...being a mom is tough and donations are beautiful to receive, but when you get one chance to buy your children a brand new piece of furniture, just add one piece at a time and it feels so good to sit on something brand new and children really deserve the best. This is an expensive store. We bought a bed frame for around 250 dollars, the cheapest they had. They said it would take a couple of days to arrive and asked if I would need it delivered. They wanted $100 to deliver a bedframe only 10 miles. I declined and said I'd pick it up myself. They called a couple of days later to let me know it was in. I went to pick it up with a truck I had to borrow. They didn't have all the pieces, so I had to come back a few days later when the other parts came. When I finally got all the pieces and opened them, the footboard had some pretty bad marring on it. Great for couches be wary of buying a mattress when I was picking how I wanted it delivered or picked up myself I asked the salesman flat out does this come in a box he told me no it doesn't come in a box and this was the only reason I picked delivery unfortunately this not true it came in a box if I had known I could of picked the thing up 4 days earlier and got it aired and settled over the weekend instead I now have to sleep elsewhere so I get a goodnight sleep for work while the mattress does its 24 hour expansion before use which the salesman also...
