Subway — Restaurant in Mitchell

I went to subway at 7pm on 10/14/2024. I want to point out that I don’t post reviews but I am very upset at the service I received. I came in the lobby with my son and cousin I ordered a turkey salad and two pepperoni roll ups. The gal grabbed the plastic bowl and said lettuce? I said yes? (As I ordered a salad) and the guy asked what dressings for the roll ups and I said can I have the nacho cheese warmed up please? He said uhh yea… the girl then added well are you going to eat here? I said yes. She said, “okay I was going to say if not there was no point on warming the nacho cheese.” The guy asked what vegetables I said tomatoes. He then grabbed a knife and started to cut my tomatoes on the board..I asked if they do not do the bowl anymore to chop everything together? I received a confused and disappointed/ disgusted look from both the male and female worker and was informed I needed to specifically ask for that. Then my cousin ordered a wrap and they just let half of the cheese fall on the floor and didn’t even pay...

When I went through the drive Thru I go talk to like I was a kid causing problems in the store. If you are make my wrap when I am pushing buttons and decide I don't want that wrap then you are throwing it away anyways. So to be told that I should have order my wrap on a different part of the screen so I didn't have to have guacamole on it because you had it made before I finished my order was out of line. And how the one answered the Mic wasn't polite at all and nether was the lady who told me I did it wrong. And to top it all off just because they remade it they couldn't take the time to make it the right way. Every subway I go to heats the meat and cheese that goes into the wrap. I got mine cold and had to heat in myself. Super not impressed with your Subway or the ppl working...

My fiance and I go there quite often in the last 3 years being together. I can admit there are only 3 times that we had the worker be rude to us and only once did I speak up do to something that was said to my fiance. Yesterday 8-31-22 I could've said something to the same worker that started it the last time but I'll put it on here. So my fiance and I are locals plus I just proposed to her 2weeks ago so she saw a older couple that she was showing her ring off to an the older lady asked if I was ordering or if she was I told her my fiance is she yell at her asking what would you like I so wanted to tell her what does it matter if it's that big of a deal I'll order why not let her show off her ring and...
