Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mitchell

Ok, in the last 2 years I have only been able to pick up a "Hot and Ready" pizza 1 out every 6 times. It didn't matter what time I went there, 5 PM or 8:30 PM. So I complained they were never "ready", got lots of excuses and I was told I needed to call ahead if I wanted it ready. Soooo much for their advertised moto. So I did start to call ahead as I did today. 4:22pm and got there at exactly 4:31pm because they said to give them 10 min. The gal at the register said $6.45. I said "what??" It should only be $5 something. She said an Exta Most Bestest is $6. I said I didn't order an Extra Most pizza. I ordered a "pepperoni". I Did Not say Extra Most pizza. She informed me that that was kept on hand and is made as their standard unless you specify "classic". We went back and forth. Told her I had only $5.50 with me. She told me I would have to wait while they baked me a classic. Said that I had people waiting on me and again that's why I called ahead and you told me 10 min. SO MUCH FOR THE CUSTOMER BEING RIGHT. In my opinion they should have Gave me the Extra Most Best for $5, but I dug through my purse and found some more change. I asked for the manager, she said "there's a website" So they need a new moto or at least at this store, they should ask the customer if it's a classic pizza or post a sign that a standard pizza is an Extra Most Best. I have also had pizzas that were doughy and had to further bake them in my oven. I'm so disgusted by my experiences at this store. Long story short, make sure you call ahead, specify classic vs another kind and hope...

I pick food up here all the time for delivery. I can never even get an employee to say hello, or even acknowledge my existence when I come in. Which is sad, because half the time I'm picking up orders I'd also like to get myself food, but can't because no service. Not to mention the time I saw a girl there box up a pizza that landed on the floor before it landed in the box she tried to hand off. I have noticed that.......I don't know how to put this..... People who look more like the employees get helped and acknowledged almost immediately every time. But people who look like me I've noticed will stand there for a very long time and no employee even shows their face. I don't know what's going on there ......... But it's very off-putting to stand in a business for twenty minutes without even a hello, out to even be asked if I would like to order...

The people told my sister that they couldn't do light on the sauce because they were already made. I know different because I've been around other Little Caesars the kid just didn't want to take the time. The bread sticks needed more parmesan and cut right. The paper they were wrapped in was very greasy all over, but they tasted ok. I've had better in Washington State. The young men here need to learn to fix the pizza the way a customer wants it.
