Great in beginning but some staff has slacked. For the past month going in ever single handicap cart failed. They fail to keep them charged. Go dead in the middle of shopping. Today the blonde girl working the door they need to get rid if her. She stood thier like a zombie no assistance to help just starring until I said something to her. Then as I was leaving I watched an elderly person get on one and of course cart dead. She just stood there again no assistance to offer the man help nor his wife. Publix usually have someone help you to your vehichle and ride the carts back to make sure they stay charged. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is bc the variety in food. Prices are too high to deal with the aggravation and they litterally cut one of the self checkout sides out. They have had Jimmy Dean Maple Busquits in a while main reason I shop there. A few of the staff is super friendly but don't hire people that just stand around and don't offer assistance and offer help or cannot do something simply as plug in carts. Do not blame it on customers when it's the store and staff that need to do thier due diligence in keeping up with carts. People that are handicapped do not want to be in themiddle of an isle with groceries and it goes dead on them. Most would like to enjoy thier shopping experience considering what they charge for alot of...
Read moreOK, so I got to the store at 10 o’clock and the lady told me that she was changing the bar around. It was going to be a minute so I walked around the store and I went to the bathroom. Came back 15 minutes later she was still setting up the bar from the breakfast, so I asked her could I get some utensils to get some wings from the hot bar and she told me she had to I had to wait because she had to finish getting all the food from the hot bar first so two managers approached and was talking to a customer and I asked a manager could she, go around and get me a pair to get my food that was already on the bar and she told me I had to wait as well so I told her I’ve been waiting 30 minutes I was at lunch so I just went somewhere else so FYI, if you do want to go there for lunch, wait...
Read moreStopped by for a quick lunch. I was not disappointed. They have a hot bar that was well stocked and more than reasonably priced. I had fish and a wing, red beans, fried okra and broccoli casserole. Just a sampling of each to try them. Total was $7. After finishing I noticed a Namans catering area with another hot bar with Mediterranean food. Will be back to try it. It looked great. Of course there was also a salad bar which I didn’t try but will soon also. The drinks are bottled from the cooler but that’s ok. Everything was seasoned and cooked well and all of the employees were friendly and eager to help. A great place for an...
