Regency square — Local services in Mobile

Sprawling center needs a facelift, not much unity or sense of community or pride. Could revamp to give that stroll around feel. Missing biggest retailer when lost grocer. Great place for a theater. Could connect area facing airport around corner with side facing university. Could be as nice as Pinebrook. Jerusalem Cafe at one end is the best local Mediterranean food. Laundromat, harbor freight, a gym, a church, dance studio, hot dog place, more. Should create wide pedestrian paths w benches n trees n plantings from airport to shops to encourage milling about. Slowly the shops are beginning to fill back up.. plenty of parking. A wide variety of stores. Some convenient front door parking. Two major entrance and exits in and out of the parking lot . Easily accessible for trucks with large trailers. Unfortunately for the handicap people ramps are not necessarily located anywhere near the business you're going to they are a considerable distance away...

There aren’t many places of interest for me here, but the parking lot is spacious. Biggest downside to visiting this area is the line to Chick-fil-A blocks the entrance starting from the stoplights and can be difficult to get into the shopping center parking lot to get to other stores there.
