I generally am not one to complain about any given situation especially considering the situations of the virus that has been spreading but I have to share this story. I know that the majority of restaurants have been talking about shutting down the lobby area to the public due to the circumstances (which I completely agree with for the safety of others) but I really had to use the restroom and chick fil a was the closest option for us to get to. So I began to walk in and before I went inside one of the managers was walking in as well and informed me that the lobby was closed to customers, then I asked if it was okay for me to go inside because I just had to use the restroom real quick then I would be on my way, and instead of him nicely informing me that I genuinely wasn’t allowed in there he just threw up his hands acting as if I was super rude and difficult...so as I was about to walk inside I saw that some people were sitting in booths through the windows (I thought they were customers as well that’s why I walked inside) and honestly to my disbelief the front doors were open! So I walked inside and politely asked if I could use the restroom real quick because it was urgent and once again instead of the employee just kindly saying “no ma’am I’m so sorry but this is for safety and we really can’t have anyone in here due to mandatory headquarters giving us the proper procedures“ she began to act shocked and said “NO YOURE NOT ALLOWED IN HERE AND IM SORRY BUT YOU HAVE TO LEAVE.” Once again I completely understand and want everyone to be safe with this virus going around but I noticed that: A. The chick fil a employees were still working outside B. And the front doors were open for anyone to come inside....y’all are aware that having your employees work outside talking to people that are less than a foot away even with them being in their vehicles can cause this virus to spread....not even mentioning that from working outside then deciding to come inside would not have made anymore of a difference than me simply using the restroom. Cheesy goodness. Coffee could use a little more coffee, but I am not a sweet sweet person, so personal choice, otherwise really good. 04/13/21 - perfection 04/09/21 - perfection 04/07/21 - found a small bone in my chicken. But taste and everything else = perfection 04/05/21 - sandwich was perfect. But paid $5.50 for a gallon of Unsweetened tea, and they gave me sweet.🤮 03/26/21- perfection! 03/25/21- received wrong order, went back up to the door and they corrected it. Really small tomatoes here lately. 03/24/21- used points for free food, get the app! It's Awesome! 03/23/21- Perfection! 03/20/21- deluxe w/ no cheese no pickle. Sandwich tasted a lot like pickle. Pickle had to have been on the bun at some point, 🤮. 03/19/21- perfection! 03/12/21- They forgot my tomato(sad face), but as always the flavor was immaculate. Unsweetened tea is always amazing.
Love this place! The line may look long but it moves quickly! In the (way to many)times I've been here, I've not had a bad experience employee wise. The only negative is during rush hour(crubside) I've gotten the wrong bag a couple times, but it is fixed right away when I bring it to their attention.I am a forever...
Read moreUsually satisfied with Chick-fil-A but this time I was disappointed. I always order a granola parfait bc they're amazing. However, it wasn't even half full. I went inside after going through the drive thru to ask if they would please add a little yogurt, especially since it's over $4 for one cup. The guy at the register (dark-haired w/ ponytail) was rude and condescending. He only needed to talk to me politely. I wasn't asking for something for nothing, just what I paid for. It didn't even need to be the big deal he made it to be.
This location in particular, has this problem of putting VERY little yogurt in the parfaits. It has happened quite frequently. I just haven't always said something. I probably wouldn't have this time if he would've just accomodated me.
Just be advised...You will probably only get but about three/four...
