Fairmont Market — Local services in Modesto

New owners seem like good people and could truly use your business! They're doing their best to spite their location (College Manor, Fairmont street, between Magnolia & closest to McHenry) in the small & currently unbelievably empty shopping/strip mall (where years back, the low cost spayed and neutering clinic once was). That's right across the street from the old lodge which it still seems to remain in regular use. Now, there's maybe one other business left in the little center, besides Fairmont market. I've talked to one of the folks there regarding their business hours (consider staying open a bit later come Friday, Saturday nights) because in my opinion, it should pay off with Modesto locals as well as out of town visiters enjoying cruising legally again. Also, advertising on McHenry would definitely help show people with a shortage of alternatives within the immediate area who deserve loyalty of any kind. These people who bought the store would and will clearly appreciate the business and seem like they would do right by that sort of customer. I know thus far, they've been nice, helpful and appreciated my business for sure. Lots of free, open parking in that peaceful parking lot. Any other businesses in there don't stay open late, so, any responsible group of car enthusiasts might be very welcome. Give them a try...it may be a win-win for...

Absolutely terrible. Don t buy food for sure. I had 4 so far. Now there's no frozen food,the beer froze over wasted beer and it's still for sale at the far right section.A employee gave me back the wrong chang e 4days in a row. I told him I ll be back after work to get my 10$ or he s in big trouble w me. No police. Just me n him,and I m 64 years old. Slime too. I got my 10$ back. Right away. Then 2 days later he charged me way over for stuff and got refunded approx 44$. The whole store set up is a sham. Even the cigarettes were old. The beer dates were old me I m taking back a jar of fettachini sauce. Expired. A jar of mayonnaise expired a week ago my YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. DON T DO AS I HAVE DONE. ITS AS CLOSE AS 200 FEET. ONLY A BEER EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE. NEW MANAGEMENT TOO. SAD BUT TRUE. GOOD LOCATION FOR A STORE But not good service or supplies....

I love supporting this place because the owners are so nice. They really are good people and deserve all the business. They are always super kind to my son DAX and that’s enough for me to make sure they get my business before other markets around!...
