We recently went to the following store for ordering kids soft mattress and leather sofas for living room.

We paid full in front and ordered what we select in the store. They promised to deliver the items on time but unfortunately they didn’t deliver on time and they contact us to change my sofas to some other design, I didn’t had other choice but I select other option and I face problems with my wife.

The mattress as you all can see it photos is not soft mattress for kids wrong delivered. When I contact the store again for wrong delivery they say return it we will pay you back. Which will cost me $100 dollar to return.

What ever they shows at the store is the right furniture and they deliver the wrong items.

Edit! The couch I ordered is very very hard and has not softened up at all when I did reach out to the owner. He didn’t respond or care to try to discuss it at all pretty disappointed by that considering I spent over $2000 on it and the couch I picked out in the store was very very comfortable. Also, the fur seems to be degrading rather quickly so I do not recommend getting the fur material. If he had reached out I would have not changed my review , but for now I have have to put it to a 1 star because for the price I paid I shouldn’t have Been ignored by the owner when I reached out about...

I been here twice and purchased some items. All of my items have lasted and are good. The only issue we’re having is that we bought a sectional less than a year ago. The material on one of the seats started to bunch up for no reason and decided to rip. It’s on one of the seats where no one sits on. We’ve never had an issue with sofas ripping of this material. One of the recliners is also not working properly and doesn’t want to close once it’s open. This is something that I do not expect happening to a fairly new price of furniture.
