I typically would not have tried this but as a Door Dasher I had an order to pick up in here. As I walked inside the smell was delightful and the family I think that own the place couldn't have been more friendly. After the son and mother finished my order to go the daughter explained that the mother wanted me to try this food and they sent me away with a wonderful full flavored garlic sauce roll 😋. I will be going back to order from this wonderful family and I will recommend this place to anyone that likes great food. Ordered the chicken shawarma and beef shawarma plate. Also ordered the baba ghanoush. The food was absolutely delicious. Large portions and perfectly flavored/seasoned. The ghanoush was velvety and had a luscious texture. The Hummus was silky smooth and fantastic! I will definitely get take out again. In my opinion the best in town. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the to go containers were literally covered in olive oil on the exterior (especially the bottoms). Absolutely the best butchers and quality meat in modesto grazed and slathered properly. I am so pleased to have access to such a wonderful grocery and butcher.
