Dollar General — Local services in Mogadore

This store needs to update their online hours. I checked the time before I went to this store. Online your hours of business are 10PM. However, when I was shopping in your store I was rudely informed by your customer service representative that your closing time is 9PM. When I replied with your online hours say closed at 10PM, I was told that the hours on your door say 9PM I should have read your door sticker. First of all, how unbelievably rude to tell someone that they should have to check your door for hours when no one is looking there they are looking online. I put back all my things and decided not to purchase anything since I was being hustled out the door. If I did that to a customer at my store I wouldn’t have a job for very long. I get that I probably shouldn’t expect quality customer service from a Dollar General but I would like to think any place of business would put their customers before their desire to clock out and go home. I could hear from another aisle an older employee telling 2 kids that were with their babysitter to leave because they didn't have mask and it for safety. The employee was very rude. When I checked out the employees mask was below her nose and top lip slightly showing. I quietly said to her that she should be setting an example for the kids. If she is requiring everyone to wear a mask for safety then wearing her mask over her nose would be a great place to begin. She wasn't happy that I said something to her. She stated she was vaccinated so it didn't apply to her (Tjay. If that's the case the boys may have been vaccinated as well, how would she know. Girl with green hair working cash register very rude. Cursing at customers, yelling, snatching things out of customers hands while checking a old outlady out. She yelled at the old lady who had to be about 80. Would not give information on how to contact store manager or corporate. She walked off the job, police had to be called, and all around unprofessional. I have a video to show what happened. I have been shopping here for many many years and have never experienced any kind of treatment like this ever from any store.
