Worst experience at a parts store I’ve ever had. Old guy working lied to me and told me they couldn’t warranty my alternator then finally after seeing how frustrated I was ordered one and still charged me freight. The alternator came damaged a week and a half later, they then say they will reimburse the freight since it has been two weeks since first order. They “order” a new one it’s been another two weeks with no contact and I call them again and they tell me that they did not order one actually because they thought I didn’t want it anymore. They tell me now they could possibly have one at the end of week. (They told me there was only one alternator in the US available) this place is insane I will never go back.
