Hometown Car Wash — Local services in Mogadore

Owners are very rude. Constantly trying to talk to me while using self serve costing me extra money and time. Have told me my vehicle had “too much salt” on it to use their car wash. Told me my truck was too big to use the drive thru service. (I drive a normal size 1500 not lifted, no big tires, just an average truck). Have tried going here several times and everyime I go I have another issue with something not working properly or the owners being rude and expecting me to show up with a clean vehicle to a car wash. Better to drive an extra five minutes down the road to Tallmadge or Springfield. Will never go here again and I live less than 5 minutes away. Very...

I went here yesterday to get my car washed and about 30 seconds into the wash...it broke down. I couldn't even pull forward to exit because the water sprayer stopped working directly in front of my car, so I had to reverse out of the car wash and almost scratched my driver's side mirror. I had soap on half of my car, so I had to pull into the other side and pay another $10 to get a full wash. I saved my receipts and called the phone number listed on the machine...no one answered so I left a voicemail with my name and phone number and told them what happened...and no one has even bothered to call me back! Guess I'm just out $10 and I won't be going...

Stopped this morning for the auto wash. Only needed a quick wash but thought I would go ahead and pay the $8.50 for the "delux" wash. It went over my car one time with soap and one time rinse. That is what this place calls "delux"?!. When I went to dry the car off it was still filthy. It ruined the shammy I used. For almost ten dollars I left with a car that was still dirty. I honestly could have done just as well if I rolled my hose out and just sprayed the car off. Absolutely pathetic. I will not be back nor will I encourage anyone I know to do so either. Hydro"shine" is ripping you off with the automatic...
