Worst service I have ever experienced! Online order was made wrong and extremely soggy, to the point they were falling apart. I returned and waited in line for a remake. Brandie very rudly asked me "what is wrong with that"? I told her it was an online order that was made incorrectly. She rolled her eyes and snatched it from me (with her mask was under her nose). Mistakes happen, but the real reason I am writing this review is because the 2 girls attitudes were absolutley terrible. While I was standing in line waiting, Brandie was shouting at her mother who was in the store at the time. Loudly shouting that "she can do whatever she wants", that "it is a free country". And to "get out of here". The other girl proceeded to tell me how it was my fault that the order was wrong, even though I pulled it up on my phone and it was not ordered wrong. Read moreIt’s been years since we ate at subway, because the food quality decreased. We decided to give it a chance again. Unfortunately this location was disappointing.
Service was not bad, staff was friendly but a little slow.
The location looks well kept up but it’s strange they don’t allow you to see the meat/cheese section of the cooler. Typically there is not a cooler lid in the way.
The food was the biggest problem. I got the Philly and my husband got the boss. Both had a plastic taste. The only items on both sandwiches were bread and onion. The plastic taste overpowered the garlic aioli I had (which is quite a strong garlic flavor). I didn’t even finish half of my sandwich before I threw it out. I won’t eat this food even if it was free.

Eve seemed to be busting her as* ALONE- she was very professional & some customers were understanding, while others were nitpicking at her & interrupting her when she was with other customers as it wasn’t her fault, but the managers fault for not scheduling someone else to be with her.
I think it’s very unfair and unprofessional of subway to only have ONE staff member working, as there should at least be 2 no matter what. Under the stress of all the orders and a line out the door, Eve managed to maintain a good attitude with everyone and was sincere. Please add more people to your staff as that is ridiculous and Eve deserves a raise....
