Very disappointed at the front desk service. Tonight three girls went and paid to play basketball for 2 hours and lady at front desk had an attitude with them. Asked my daughter where she lives, wanted full address, told her she couldn't use the track and was stopped, by same lady, she said they needed membership. I had a membership there and was going to renew - not any more. Lady, you had a bad day - stay at home, would certainly expect someone representing the facility to be friendly and inviting. I love this place but the management t is poor. Hours changed during CoVid which is understandable but they haven’t changed them back. Not enough time to workout in the evening. I only have time at night to workout with the location of my job and hours. So disappointed I will be canceling my membership wish they could stay open until 9 pm - even 8:30 would be better but 8 pm is too early- plus it creates too much crowding and difficulty to social distance with everyone piling in at the same time after work. I go to this place to see my grandkids play basketball. But this is a beautiful rec center. Very clean, and from what I can see behind the glass, the equipment is state of the art. There is a walking path above the courts. Very nice. Parking is plentiful. Sorry I am unsure of the cost to...
