I have come to this Starbucks for a while (at least 3 times a week) but recently I have been extremely disappointed. It started with the drinks not being full and the workers being rude. Like just this morning I walked into the store to pick up a mobile order and I honestly forgot to grab a mask from my car. Instead of politely asking me to wear a mask next time, they rudely wouldn’t give me my drink and told me to wear a mask next time. What bothers me the most is that nobody else was wearing a mask in the store except for the employees.
Once I got back to my car I noticed they didn’t give me a straw for my drink. I quickly went inside to get one, this time with a mask on, and they ignored me for at least 5 minutes before finally giving me a straw. They were again we’re very rude to me when handing me the straw.
When I got back to my car I noticed that my order was incorrect, but there was no way I was going back in again- I ordered a pumpkin muffin, but got a pumpkin loaf. I only started ordering plain coffee because anything w/ espresso is too complicated for them (order dry cap still get a latte ...order espresso con pana get entire cup of whipped cream filled to the brim lol..wasted $) So to keep it simple instead of complaining to a barista at a coffee shop how a drink should be made, I order plain coffee. No way they can mess that up right? Wrong! It's 7 degrees outside you would think it should at least be luke warm, it's cold. 2nd time in a row. I even tried to make it easy and tell the girl taking the order to just give me the freshest coffee doesn't matter which one, by freshest I hoped it would be warm. And there were 10 people in front of me not when no customers were there. If all you train your employees to make is frappes just remove everything else from the menu as they don't exist!! .....oh and they gladly took my cup back, microwaved it, poured it a new cup and sent me on my way so it all worked...

I shouldn’t have to elaborate or justify that everywhere I go. I ordered a to go order and ran in and out. A worker wearing a non-medical grade mask -cloth at best ,took it upon himself to tell me I need to wear a mask next time and used me asking for a straw as his chance to lecture me then ran to the back when he realized that was the wrong move despite me saying nothing back. All I got out of the trip was being made to feel uncomfortable and judged within the Starbucks store which isn’t what the company as a whole strives for,clearly.
