This was definitely one of the best calls I have ever made in my life . Ball furniture not only met my needs they exceeded them by leaps and bounds. Due to a transportation issue I had I just couldn't be as mobile and able to go to the store as I would normally do. No problem for these folks, they did everything humanly possibly to accommodate my needs. Try furnishing a two bedroom apartment without a car and having absolutely nothing in your place at all. That kinda seems impossible for me, but not for Randy, Lynne and the rest of the crew that are employed there. Simply put they knew I was going through some adversities at that time and put my well being, feelings emotions and concerns before their own. I'll probably never find another company like that in the future, I consider myself lucky because most people never find a company or organization like that in their life. I wanted to let you in on a secret, the expression ball does it all should be taken literally. What I mean is that this company does way more than just furniture. You have to understand they are involved in and do tons other things.if you think something you need done can't be done, well you are wrong. If you have called other companies and they say it's impossible or just won't do it, not to worry. Your best going to be to call Ball. Don't waste your time with other companies, call these people first, truly there's no need to call anyone...
