My boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered at 11 a.m. as a gift before my surgery and we left at 1 p.m. and no flowers. When we arrived back home at 5 p.m. someone from a floral shop had walked into my entryway and into the kitchen and set them on my counter. The card that was written had one and a half partial lines of my boyfriend's heartfelt message and didn't even include his name at the bottom. When I phoned and spoke to the elderly man that worked there he was rude and stated "There's nothing we can do about the card and if you don't want someone in your house you should keep your door locked!!! " On the bottom of the order it says how much they value their customers... what a joke!!! worst experience ever. We will NEVER do business with this floral...

I ordered flowers online again for my wife, but unlike my last experience this bouquet arrived on time and was almost an exact match for what was pictured. She and I both were quite pleased. Maybe the refunds and negative attention on here fixed their standards. Based on my new experience I would recommended this shop.

Ordered flowers online, they were fulfilled by Gherke Floral. The bouquet they sent not only lacked almost every flower from the listed bouquet but the over all size and quantity matched the cheapest.options. Not the double priced deluxe option I paid for. So very disappointing. Got an instant refund...
