Not only was everything extremely overpriced, but the staff was atrocious. One woman (a dark haired lady) was very polite. However, the blonde woman (apparently the owner, Soni) was obnoxious and rude. Not only did this obtuse woman get onto me for using a card, she berated me over it in an extremely condescending way. I've never been treated so poorly by an employee anywhere. I will never be going back and definitely let others know what kind of person the owner is.

Update: Oh really? You reviewed your camera footage 5 years later?? Call me skeptical, but I don't believe you. You can try to save face on Google maps, but I know the rude and condescending way I was spoken to. How judgmental the owner was. How she ridiculed me when I said I don't carry cash.

You may be able to convince a reader or two of (in my opinion) a clear fabrication of the truth, but I know exactly what happened. You try to make it out like I'm an inconsiderate customer; which I'm not. There was only one Karen in the situation and I'll give you a hint: it wasn't me.

I've been going here off and on for several years and had very few problems. The owner and some staff would occassionally seem to "look down their nose" at me, but working in retail you deal with a lot of fake people and it's easily shrugged off. However, my roommate decided she wanted to start doing better, by her body, and so went in to get info on what she should take and a few tips for doing better. Unfortunately after talking to the owner for a bit the conversation turned to the fact that my roommate had gotten vaccinated for covid, earlier that day. Apparently getting vaccinated is wrong because the lady said she didn't want to be around anyone that had been vaccinated and walked off, not willing to offer help. I bought 3 items here , spent 100.00. I drove 20 mins home , got my bag opened my door and heard a loud noise. My paper bag broke and my manuka honey hit the ground and broke everywhere. I called the owner of the shop and told her what happened. I drove 20 mins back to the shop, and she said it wasn't her responsibility. Which I disagree because if you have a bag that's going to break, u don't put a glass jar in it. You would double bag and make sure it will be ok to carry.
