I had previously not known or eaten much caviar other than when it would be served as an appetizer with a wine/spirit pairing or as an amuse bouche at a gala. When I would search caviar on google randomly, it would be appear on websites that had a grocery store, fishery, or a janky overseas feeling. Out of curiosity, I searched for caviar in NJ, and that is when I found Masha Moro's caviar website. Luckily her store happened to be in NJ and that is when my relationship with caviar changed completely.

Masha's website is sleek, fun to visit, and easy to navigate. It has a limited number of products, specifically highlighting the best sturgeon caviar, and creative packages of caviar bumps and gifts. Masha selected the best roe and caviar products, making it easy to navigate and purchase the best of caviar. In my opinion, other websites have too many products which causes you to lose focus from the caviar itself.

She makes caviar selection easy, fun, and user-friendly, which I have not experienced with any other caviar vendor. I went from not knowing anything about caviar to learning a LOT and becoming a caviar enthusiast. Her service is unparalleled; she is the only vendor who explains to her customers on a personable level the details on caviar such as production, sturgeon fish, and quality to those who are interested in learning. To top it all off, her store is in NJ, and is local to my state. Her passion and enthusiasm for servicing clients on caviar is remarkable and top-notch.

The best caviar to try is the beluga caviar (the beluga is whole another level of caviar, which I suggest trying once all the other caviars have been tried), followed by keluga and siberian.

I heard that Masha Moro was having a tasting at Sickles Market in Red Bank NJ. I have always been curious about caviar. Today was the day. I arrived shortly after the event began and found the amazing set up. All foreign to me. Masha walked me through the tasting. I was amazed by the different tastes, not fishy (which is what I expected). But a smooth sweet treat is what I received. I settled on my favorite. I purchased not only the caviar but the pancakes and to top it off the creme fraiche. Added bonus Masha gave me a recipe. Which I used and I served said recipe to friends who have had caviar many times and they loved it as well. Cheers to Masha for opening my eyes to a new flavor sensation and for taking the time to answer all my questions. I’m a convert. I’m looking forward to picking up some more caviar if not to entertain then just for me. ❤️🍾 PS the gift set is perfection....

Amazing Caviar, amazing business owner! Last minute I decided I wanted caviar, and happened to find Marsha Moro’s website with a google search. I called her up, she asked what I look for in a caviar and what types I like, and she put together an order for me of some of the finest red and black caviar to bless my palate. I got a delicious black osetra and red caviar, and they were amazing and of such quality. The caviar comes in glass jar vacuum sealed and with tamper resistant label so you can guarantee it’s fresh! I was able to stop by Masha’s home to pick up the caviar within an hour of placing the order, and she brought it to my car with curbside pickup. She even brought a snack for my son, since she knew I was bringing him along. She’s a kind person, and loves educating people about caviar, and caters to novices and experts!! Will definitely be purchasing more caviar...
