It’s almost hard to believe, but down-to-earth, honest, knowledgeable professionals like John & his crew really do still exist in 2025 (or at least they do in Monmouth, Illinois). Alpha & Omega charged an extremely reasonable sum to resuscitate a dying computer and rescue the important data contained therein, and in a very expedient manner, too. It was a good day. A Customer’s Computer, phone, iPad or printer issues are easily resolved by each of the employees, I have had the opportunity to work with. Just take it to them or call for instructions if you questing it could be a scam or simple fix. House calls are usually an option if needed. The employees are Knowledgable, interested in your issue, teach as they resolve it and skilled as computer techs. Alpha Omega is a great asset to our community. Alpha Omega computers did a fantastic job for me! I was building my own high end gaming PC when I ran into some problems with the wiring and such as it was my first build. I took my pc in and they were greeting and was happy to take on the job. My technician was Trevor and him and all the guys were great. They even gave me pointers and tip for the rest of my build and great advice. I will be going back to them again soon as they are hands down the best in this area....
