Patton Block Grill & Brew Pub — Restaurant in Monmouth

Found this restaurant on the web and decided to try it, we are so glad we did. I was looking for a new restaurant to go to dinner and thought I'd try it for lunch. I had the Pub Burger which has a blend of three meats and is topped with bacon jam. The burger comes with lettuce, onion and tomato. Strangely no pickle, either on the burger or on the plate. I chose French fries to go with it which were really good. My wife had the Asian Chicken Wrap which she said was very good. We celebrated my parents' 50th wedding anniversary here and it was wonderful! The menu had so much to offer, the food was delicious, the drinks were reasonably priced, and the atmosphere was lovely. Our service from Kaylee was top-notch and she was also nice enough to take a few family pictures for us. Unfortunately, we messed up her tip royally and didn't realize it until the next day! We called the restaurant and spoke to Kevin who was very nice and he was able to easily correct our mistake. Service was very good. Appetizer came out quickly and tasted good. When the entrees came, 2 of us had ordered the special of swordfish. It was room temp and not hot. We we let management know they offered to "heat it up". Heating fish up will dry it out so we declined and no other attempt to make it better was offered. The flavor was good but it being room temp took away some of the quality. My wife ordered a crusted chicken that was good but small considering the cost. If more effort would have been given to fix the issue with the 2 plates of fish, I would have given 4 stars. Hopefully, others dont have...
