Walgreens — Local services in Monona

The pharmacy didn't feel the need to tell me there was a problem in getting one of my medications and figured faxing my doctor was good enough. I only found out about it when I went to pick up my medication at 6 at night... and I had sent in the refill request at 9 in the morning. I could have gotten it straighten out if someone would have told me in the first place. The implied it was my fault for taking my medication too early (I'm suppose to take it early and my doctor knows that.) When I called customer service, the person was all joking about the situation and the pharmacist who talked to me was incredibly rude and implied that this was my fault and they can't call everyone (yet they had time to fax my doctor). A few days later the store manager called me to again say it wasn't there fault and when I said someone should have at least called me, she brushed it off and said that she had "talked to her staff about it." The worst Walgreens pharmacy!! Please go somewhere else, they should just get rid of the pharmacy at this location!!!! If you need your medication do not go here, Friday they say script it's ready by 10am. Got there at noon. Nope, "oh it's not ready, we will get it ready," ya ok, well I can't wait, so I came back Saturday they are closed... All Day???Why???? Now 2 days late. Go Sunday, the pharmacist didn't show up to work, guess she didn't feel like it, so now I am 3 days out of medication, they say sorry you have to wait til Monday!!! They will also make me change my pick up date and screw that up too. I'm glad I'm still alive, but they will never have my service again. They are rude and screwed up the meds last two times there, the pharmacist thinks she can do whatever to people over there, Ha not even close. You suck at your job I'm happy to never deal with this location...

A sale going on for ziplock bags. I have always been buying these ziplock bags when there’s a sale, NEVER GOT QUESTION OR NEVER WAS TOLD THAT I CANT BUY SO MANY. There were no SIGNS saying you can only buy certain quantity for the bags. I took 9 pack small bags and 6 pack of big bags. She was standing at the end of the aisle looking at me like I was stealing. After I started to push my cart, she came and told me I can’t buy that many, I told I don’t see any sign saying you can’t. She was like” I can make that call” with a rude racial attitude toward me, maybe she would talk to me in a different attitude if I was her own people.
