Avoid this location!!! I showed up promptly for my pick up order, and they had already gave it away to someone else. Instead of I’m sorry, we can remake your food, the “manager” dismissively told me I already had someone pick up my order and walked away to continue making other orders. Honestly, I would have waited patiently for my food to be remade if this “manager” wasn’t a total jerk arguing with me that I already had “a man” pick up my order for me! I asked for my money back, because they don’t deserve my business after being immediately treated this way. He told me no money back because I ordered on the app. I asked for the district manager’s phone number and he gave me some scribbled on receipt paper with a phone number that didn’t even work. Meanwhile, he kept dismissing me and continuing to make other orders. After another ten minutes, he came back over to me upset at the counter and said so you want me to remake the food? No! I want a working phone number to get my money back! Finally he got on his own cell phone, and he magically had a working phone number for his district manager for me to speak with and get my money back. It was a terrible hassle and an unnecessary situation!!! I would give zero stars...
Read moreAbsolute horrible customer service. My wife and I ordered lunch twice this week from this establishment. The first time the food was decent. Wasn't anything special but did have to wait a long time for our subs even though there were only a few others there. Later that week we decided to get lunch from there again since we live right down the road but ordered online to try and speed things up. It said it would be ready in 20 minutes, but when we got there, my wife had to wait for another 10. When she got home we discovered that both were made incorrect. Frustrated already, I head back to the store to get the correct subs. That is when I was told by the very arrogant, unhelpful, dead in the eyes employee that I would have to talk with corporate to get the correct order. It was clear that the employee hates his life while working there, and the only other employee working was more focused on opening 20+ bags and not making subs. I do not blame your employee for not being helpful. That is on you as a franchise and company to make sure your employees are happy...

It's supposed to be full the guy working tonight claimed his name was Archie and claim to that the store manager's name is Oscar and got extremely defensive when I asked if there would be a best time to call back to be able to speak to the store manager as we were hoping to be refunded for the soup that we did not get. If ur out of soup just say that... Don't serve something that is inedible(it smells off) and 1/3 the way full.... Its the cheddar broccoli... Does that even look normal to yall? No. It doesn't. Lol at all. The guy on the phone got aggressive and defensive and it was not a good look.. We would still like to be refunded as we did not receive what we ordered. The calls recorded and everything else we have pics of. Also the sub bread tonight has fresh in the bottom stale and hard on the top... So the storage of the bread isn't u to cousins standards.
