Would never do business with this dispensary again! Placed 7 online orders. Upon pick up I had notes in my phone with my totals for each order. On the third order when the totals were all way over what was supposed to be paid I raised concern. I told her I had notes in my phone with my online totals. Instantly the vibe changed…. She said she would call a manager. When she called the manager said “ just keep ringing me up at the higher prices and he will come up and look at it”….. uhhhh no way I’m paying more than listed prices so you can come out and confuse me when “refunding” me. When the manager came up he was super confrontational because I refused to keep checking out. I felt like I had done something wrong….. I asked to be refunded for every thing I had paid for. He refused that. He refunded one order and said that’s all he could do by law…. That is a total lie. So in the end I paid over $50 extra they refused to honor sale prices. Also I asked for my free 8th for my first visit. The manager said “no”. To anyone reading this… this is a common scam among alot of dispensaries. The manager is in on it as well (which explains their frustration when being asked about discrepancies) to explain they will ring you out for the regular price and not sale price once you pay and leave the manager comes over fixes the order to sales price then him and the budtender split the extra. I came in to get my weekly stash didn’t realize you guys was having a big yearly event when I got there. I was treated very very rudely ushered along like my order didn’t mattered. Then when I told him that I didn’t realize the computer let me place the order though I wanted something different. They pretty much told me I was screwed to get what I got and go because other people were waitingso I took my product went home. Unhappily came back later.
