Not the best first impression. With great prices and a great chill, not overstimulating atmosphere, It could have been a perfect experience if not for a major flaw in experience design.

Okay, so first off - I really enjoyed how the place wasn't crowded, and I always prefer a dispensary where the bud tenders are partnered with you throughout the process. This is where Nirvana falls short.

We were originally partnered with a very nice dude who showed us exactly what we were looking for. He then sorta took our order on a tablet and sent us to what he called "the deli"

We were really confused by the wording, but what he meant to say was the counter to where another person took that tablet order and fulfilled it. The new person was an Indian man who didn't speak English very well, and we had a tough time communicating. This new person misunderstood our order and got the wrong items. He then took 40 minutes ringing up each item individually, and we had to do multiple transactions for some reason.

The whole experience was a real slog. A lot of it could have been vastly improved just by having the budtender stick with us the whole time instead of passing us off to another person who didn't speak English well.

My name is tarisa and I was served by nirvana staff today.they were great,she was totally helpful,picked the stuff I needed for me .she was very helpful.im tarisa Richard I again went to nirvana today 3/10/25 and what great prices I got,I am very satisfied with Nirvana in every way,The staff are great,and so are the prices.and the quality of my purchase today is amazing I'm feeling no pain whatsoever right now,Thank you Staff of Nirvana for going out of your way today for me .I highly recommend Nirvana if you don't want to stand in a line and be in and out within 20 minutes start to finish then come here, Another day/just got back from another trip today they didn't have my item stocked they were out of the 28 g bags by the time I got there so I was upset with that but at least I got a different kind because you know they have all assortments , so I got another kind and I am super satisfied with it, I love the mint cookie something or another,Lol,shout out to Brookes awesome...

Okay I absolutely used to love this place... Until I bought prerolls on several occasions and they were all unsmokable. Today I picked up 20 prerolls and all of them are unsmokable. Half of them being one strain are packed so tightly there's zero air flow. When I cut it open to reroll it its all packed into a single super dense ball. The other half of the blunts I bought were another strain, Everyday Red Pop and they had the opposite problem. Every single one of them has endless scoobs then the top half of the blunt is packed tight as can be. It's packed so tight and the bottom is so loose I can see an actual gap in the weed inside the wrap where the bottom is just loose and the top is packed full as can be. Not sure who rolls these but all 20 of my blunts need to be rerolled. Not a single one of them was smokable. Not one. Don't believe me? Look at...
