Update: The owner tried to save face and call it “misinformation.” Here are the facts: I’ve been to several dispensaries where people discuss getting out of this one like it was a work camp. What’s really unfair is how they’re treated, and it doesn’t take working there to know about it.

Second, no sir, you were not transparent about your tipping practices. On more than a couple occasions, not just the people I’ve known to shop there, but the employees themselves (including a friend of mine; one very sweet blonde who’s now a shift lead at a much nicer place) has more than explicitly said they were told to tell people there was no tip pool. So I’m gonna go ahead and believe the multiple outside sources rather than one sociopathic business owner.

And third you must’ve just made that loyalty program. Like within the last month. Doesn’t negate the excuse made prior.

If you want to support their own employees so bad that they walk out and don’t come back, go for it. If you like giving cash tips to budtenders that are compelled to lie by management to say that their tips are their own and not, in fact, pooled tips (which definitely doesn’t have a long history of defrauding the worker), go for it. If you like weed grown by a man that likes to pretend his buds are worth opening up a dispensary solely devoted to selling just that, go for it. If you want a dispensary that scoffed at the concept of a loyalty program under the excuse “our quality is our loyalty program,” go for it.

My weedys experience was all about the terps. being all about the terps is a very cool sales pitch. It's all about getting that smoke fresh. Weedys is the freshest spot in town to get smoke as of today point blank period , I need carts too. This is my honest opinion and I am a very picky smoker. First timer here and now a lifer!!!! I decided to check out Weedys because a buddy had found it online and we frequent the areas dispensaries quite often. It was kind of confusing so to say when I got there because I had no clue how things went compared to other dispensaries in the area. That was quickly taken care of when out of no where a guy who happened to work there walks up to the car and began explaining things. By the end of it I understood how things worked and was told the best weed for the best prices in the area. Not gonna lie I was kinda like "yeah right no way it's possible" but man was I wrong.
