We can't say enough good things about Finishers Unlimited! We run a doggy daycare out of our home. After 18 years, and many refinishings, we found the need to replace our wood floors. I wanted to cry! I loved my wood floors. After searching for the most durable and appealing flooring, we decided to go porcelain tile. Trying to find someone that was capable and even willing to do such a big job was our next challenge. For a while, I thought we were never going to find someone we could trust. We finally reached out to our builder and he highly recommended Finishers Unlimited. I will admit, I was a bit skeptical, their store seemed so small. I wondered if I would find what we needed. Let me tell ya, we have never looked back! The owner, himself, helped me to select the perfect tile --something that would hold up to all of the dogs and people. He then came out to measure and gave us an estimate (which was surprisingly reasonable). He then assigned the job to his installer, Bill. OMGosh! Bill and his team are perfectionists! Not only did they show up every day that they said they would but they sometimes worked into the night (with our permission of course). They were very good about working around us and our very busy house, even allowing us to move things out of the office last so we could continue to run as flawlessly as possible. The patterns of the tile are perfect, the grout is perfect. EVERYTHING is perfect!

This was not an easy job. They had to tear out all of the wood and get the tile under built-in (stone) dog beds, fireplace... work around stairs, banisters, railings, and gates. From the time my husband and I got there, we had great customer service. The front desk representative was very welcoming. Eric was also very welcoming and knowledgable about ALL the products. My husband and I went to several different flooring stores and were having a difficult time finding all the flooring we needed for our new construction home. We both were so amazed by the selections of flooring we had to choose from. Not only did we find the flooring but we found the ceramic, backsplash, shower door, countertops, sinks and kitchen and bathroom handles for the cabinets. This is a 1 stop shop!!!!!!! I would definitely have like to have paid less, but I understand they gotta make some money too. It was more expensive than having Lowes install a similar product, but these guys have a better reputation than Lowes' random installers do, and Eric has been in this business for a long time. The measure, ordering, and install processes were all simple and quick. They had my upstairs done in roughly 6 hours and I didn't have to be home. Overall, they did a great job. You could get carpet installed cheaper elsewhere, but just pay the extra money and have a legit company...
