Sams stop — Local services in Monroe Charter Township

I thought they was nice ppl til a few days ago when I bought an Italian sub and got home n noticed the salami was gray around the edges n pink in the middle underneath all the other toppings so I took it back and they had an attitude the lady said she made it that morning so I went to the register to get a refund he said he can't do that and that he don't sell old food the gray is from the light in the cooler which I highly doubt because Meijer Kroger Walmart have their meats in a cooler and none of them turn gray he was very rude about it not to mention there was a handicap kid in front of me that wrote his bike up there and got two teas they gave him one bag he asked for another one and the old man flipped out on him the old man also put him down saying you don't even know how to use that card you probably don't even know the PIN to it when he was trying to purchase his items and not to mention I have bought a pop that expired months ago from there and I have seen them shopping at Kroger for their pop deal and reselling it in their store..I'll never step foot in that place again with how I was treated over old food they sold me and how they treated a handicap boy over a plastic bag and using a...

Bottom line is, a convenience store is a convenience store... What they carry doesn't vary largely... It's mostly the friendly people and the familiarity that's built up over years that makes a difference. I've been visiting Sam's since he opened and it's always a pleasant experience and good to see the people that work there as they have always been fun and treated me well...
