I have to edit my five-star review of this wonderful store going downhill. Your phones are disconnected but yet you're still running your business. I have questions and I'm not driving over 30 miles just to go ask a question to probably get the answer that I'm not seeking for. Do you know what a waste of time that is? I'd rather waste my time I'm making a phone call and asking if everything was on sale other than just this one product even though the rest of the products match this one product it's just not the same flavor. But you guys don't answer your phone it says your call cannot be completed because the party is busy. It didn't even bring through so how could the party be busy. I think you just don't want your phone's answered and for that for you being a business like this where questions are a must especially since I use this product medically from my customer standpoint and from a professional point of view you have failed hard so hard that you're worse than the pharmacies are now and you know how backed up those have been lately. I suggest that you get your phone lines up and running because this is not the first time I've had this complication this is actually the sixth time that I've had complications with your phone line not working. I've gone out of my way asked to call your other companies in Arizona in order to get the answers to my questions answered properly. Because when I call another state that I'm not shopping at they do not have the same products therefore they cannot answer my questions so. As the owner of this place who gets to see all these reviews what are you going to do about it since this is actually a continual issue.

Shop here at your own risk. They like to lie about defective items (whole batches of vape carts that have defective heating coils from the factory) at the point of sale, then when you try to return it or exchange it for a functional one, they say "well, it WAS 'discounted', so...". even though i asked if there was anything wrong with them before buying and they told me "im pretty sure its just old stock that didnt sell". The manager likes to play childish games and act like he exchanged the defective items for working ones and just put the same exact items back into the bag and sends you on your way. Wasting more of your gas, time, energy, and money. He also didnt honor my points that i had saved up and pretended to redeem them for items that i asked for, but never did redeem them or put said items in my bag. This place is fraudulant, petty, childish, and shady. Lastly the manager also felt so bold as to make the remark "the customer is always right, right?" Which i promptly replied "nah. not at all, but i know im not wrong on this one." He didnt have anything to say after that. I had to make 3 seperate trips into town because of this clown.
