In my recent experience with the warehouse, being a truck driver and getting one hour late from the appointment it should be acceptable but anyway,I encountered a challenging situation where my delivery was refused. Despite my efforts to communicate and resolve the issue, I found the staff's demeanor to be consistently rude. The lack of cooperation and refusal to accept the load was disappointing, making it a frustrating encounter overall. I believe clear communication and a more accommodating approach could have improved the situation. If there was a zero In a hypothetical scenario where a zero-star rating option existed, I would express my disappointment with the warehouse's service. I would emphasize that the negative experience, including the refusal to accept the delivery and the staff's rudeness, warrants a rating at the lowest possible level. I find it inconvenient that their only rescheduling option is for next week, especially when dealing with the situation...

So far I've been here an hour. I have to be almost empty as much as they've been banging around. 1st off, get here early or else ull have to blind side. Ultimately u have to anyway cause u cant turn around with a full size truck. Go to the end and blind side into spots where there 2 empty docks....easiest. when u get turned around go and check in. My appt was 6am on a Tuesday. Easy peasy. Grass for pooches. Restroom for us. Didn't peek inside to see if clean. The fact that it's offered is a plus. 4 star for the blindside. Easy to find. If we all left a comment about this place, Im assure that it would not be the most pleasant. Especially the Two Ladies who are in Shipping and Reciving. Not really to Professional ( if you don’t like your job let someone else have the opportunity) .
