True Corset — Local services in Monroe Township

The other reviews you see for this company are likely fake. I placed an order for two corsets for my wife, and after two weeks, and a lot of run-a-round, the order was never sent. To hedge their bets, they created a shipping label through USPS, so that they could claim the order was sent, but never actually delivered the order.

Every time I'd inquire about order status the response was, "oh, we'll send it out within 24-48 hours". This was the response multiple times, with no change to the order status.

It is almost impossible to receive any customer support from the company.

There is no physical telephone number that you can call (the number provided on their website plays a message that they are not receiving calls, and to instead use their chat for assistance).

The chat is seemingly manned by a third party, who has no idea what is going on, and has no authority to do much of anything but apologize and make excuses.

I requested a refund, and was told that they "would refund within 24-48 hours" - see the trend - to no avail. I have instead has to file with my credit card company and write reviews to warn others.

If I could report this company for fraud I would. True Corset is either a sham company or someone attempting to look legit, while having no idea how to run a e-commerce store.

Buyer beware, making a purchase from this company will lead to nothing...

I returned two corsets by mail (having to pay for international tracking myself as per their guidelines) and four months later I still haven't been refunded. Their customer service team continues to ignore my emails for weeks and once they do reply they push me to get store credit when I have clearly asked for a refund on multiple occasions. I never leave bad reviews and was so ready to love this company but I can't stress enough that I no longer trust them after this experience. I left a photo of most of my email chain with them so you can see for yourself. I was very patient and polite through my correspondence and it's gotten me nowhere, so at this point I just want to share my experience so more people don't have to go through this. It's incredibly frustrating and upsetting to be treated this way by a company. Go spend your money somewhere that actually cares about...

I was having problems placing my corset order because the system didn't recognize my email address as valid. I emailed True Corset, and Max called me right away. Even more impressive, I am in Texas, USA and he is in the UK. He stayed around after work to make sure we could fix the problem, and I could get my corset.

Not only was I able to order my corset, Max checked on me every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied. Luckily, the corset quality matches the level of customer service.

I am ordering some longer straps for the halter, but only because I need a couple of more inches on the halter strap for all day ren faire comfort. I am a True Corset customer for life. Absolutely the best shopping experience...
