I was using self checkout as a family of 4 walked up to pay the yound lady behind the counter went from ger cell phone to the store phone without acknowledging the family there. Id say about 330pm. After she walked away they walked and finished cashing out on the self checkout when again she walked past them like they werent there and went to a male coworker with shoulder length hair to hand the phone off too. The husband of yhe family beeded assistance on the self chefk oit and we both agreed that it should be interesting because we had 2 people from the kitchen looking at us and the other two playing on the phone. Come on its customer service do better. You guys have amazing customer service in the morning amazing food clean store all of it. Your afternoon crew needs some help badly. I went into the store at 7:30 ish on Tuesday April 2, 2024. There was one worker who seemed to be fixing something to eat. So I did not question him. I found Truly cans , behind door, I walked up to the door, it didn't open, so I went tothe counter. The clerk finally came out from the back, I asked about Truly, Berry. He went back and entered the room, then came back to me and asked if I wanted the assorted. I said yes, he went back again. Has he rang it up, he went off, "next time you can get it yourself". I replied that I had been back there but didn't know how to get in. He replied, what are you stupid. I could not believe he spoke to me like that! (No one else was in the store.) In my 76 years I have never been talked to by anyone in such a manner. I have worked in customer service for over 50 years and know that this person could hurt your store and future in Johnstown. I sincerely hope that you deal with this person...

Really loved this place. Addicted to their Icee cokes. Bought several every day. Their machine has been out of just the coke for 4 days, not the other 3. I was told they are getting rid of the coke for sour patch kids. Or they were out of syrup. They were not sure. The coke and Cherry are the most popular. Why would you get rid of a popular flavor for one that probably won't sell? Sour patch kids, really? Well, Sheetz has it, so I guess I will get it there.
