Subway — Restaurant in Monroe Township

Not quite sure what is going on with this place but we ordered online and when I got back home with the food, two of our sandwiches were correct but the third was a completely different order for another customer so I had to go back and get the right sub. Ordered again a few days later and it was different associates and my sub was missing the Avocado which is an extra $ 2.00 charge and i wad also missing the black olives. So I had to show them it was missing and they gave me two small containers. The point is it's frustrating to have to unwrap your food and check it when your ordering online to save time. I don't want to have to order inside but might have to from now on so I can see it being made and get the right items that...

The company I work for orders food together nearly every day. Today my sub was a club, everyone know club sandwiches have meat on them. When my sub showed up with no meat I thought no biggie, people make mistakes. I went back to get it fixed, when I got there the lady at the counter told me she was going to charge me to fix their mistake.... this is beyond unacceptable. Needless to say I will not be spending another dime with this location. There is two others in the area I would highly recommend take an extra 2 or 3 minutes to drive to...

Best sandwich experience ever. I arrived 5 minutes before close to a wonderful, warm welcome. I was told repeatedly by the lady making my sandwich that she loved last minute customers. She took the extra time to cut my tomatoes, which was her recommendation, before toasting my sub. Just a delightful and unexpectedly upbeat person sharing her happiness.
