This is the worst community to live in. You pay this HOA fee and you still have to fight for something they are responsible for. We live with mice and no one cares. We live with debris because neighbors do not clean up their 3 feet and they don't care. Was told we have to live like this. There are tons of street lights out and no one will fix them. Whatever you do don't go into section 4 - its the worst!!! You have a section President all he does is ride around 4 times a day but not fix anything for some people.
