University Pain and Spine Center — Local services in Monroe Township

I have had nerve injections for many years. They have always been at the surgical center with different doctors. Dr. Demesin has several offices and the earliest appointment I could get was March 24. However, it was not explained to me that his was his office. I will not be administered general anesthesia. I find the information from the staff careless. I have worked with other pain management teams and they were on top of things. I had to ask three times for a Covid test referral. Finally, a man from the office emailed it. I like the Doctor very much. He had explained on my first visit what he will do to reduce my pain. Nerve injections are brutal, I should have been only at the surgical center. I suffer from Chronic Sacroiliitis and need Nerve Ablations to stop the pain, and Dr. O’Donovan is a new doctor for me—he was wonderful—explained everything as he proceeded and made sure I was comfortable the whole procedure. I felt very confident in his hands and feel wonderful day after—no residual effects from procedure and No Sacroiliitis pain!!! This was the first time seeing Dr Deminsen. I think he was extremely kind and engaging. I was told of his smile and they were right, he has a beautiful smile. After procedure was finished I did experience the symptoms he told me about but they went away after 5-10 minutes. I experienced little pain in my neck and head. Nothing like before the procedure, this morning (Friday) I feel real good, hardly any pain.
