I visited this store for the very first time in August 2018 with the intention of purchasing a DS-15 rifle, which an associate of mine had recently purchased from here early in the year. I was greeted by the friendly staff upon entering and was asked if i needed any assistance. There were about 3 customers in the store at this time. I placed an order with a deposit for a rifle and I was told that there would be a 6 to 8 week wait time for product, which is completely understandable. About 8 weeks pass by, it is now late October, and I call in for an update on the order. They check on my order and was basically told that something went wrong with the order. There were no updates or calls made to me up to this point and i had to call to inquire. Not great but things happen and another order was placed. Same turn around time. Another 8 weeks pass, it is now December, i call to check for an update. Same thing happened again. This time i was told that they cannot find my order. They asked for a proof of deposit and receipt showing that i placed an order with them in August, which i was able to provide. They then confirmed that i did place an order and another order was placed over the phone but for something different. I was told product should arrive in a few days. A few days pass by and was told that product would not be coming until middle of January and i have the option of cancelling order and get a refund or to come in and look at something else that was out of my budget. The shop owner "no longer wants to deal with that company" was the explanation i was given. The staff is helpful and friendly but overall, not a great first time experience when trying to order/buy a rifle that someone you know was able to successfully order earlier in the year. From Behind the counter ( Mind you he was with a Customer) This gentlemen stated to his Customer, Sir one moment please. Then from behind the counter he asked me "Sir if there is anything I can do for you at all please do not hesitate to ask" It was at that point I new this was a very well Operated, Professionally & Respectful Shop. I then began to walk around the entire store & noticed, the prices & Items. Blue Line Tac. Was selling better or on par with Other well known & larger/ Larger Shops... Some price's were really good up to $50.00 off some Weapons, Compared to other Shops in the State. Also there were almost identical price's or at the very least on Par with every other shopping in Connecticut. The equipment (KIT & GEAR) area was phenomenal. Not huge but very well stocked with Top of the line Kits & other Gear. ("THAT I WOULD & HAVE USED DOWNRANGE) From 2001 - 2003 Afghanistan 2003 - 2009 Iraq 2009 - 2015 Verious Middle Eastern AOR's~ `NDA´ ..."HANDS DOWN the BEST PART" In my opinion was simply stated as such The Staff were not like USED-CAR SALESMAN I.E. Hounding you and following you around BIY BUY BUY.... I would 100% recommend BLUE LINE TACTICAL. It was a very pleasant and peaceful experience as well as a Clean. & Esp. the Organization of items in the shop, was EASY to GRAB and GO If you're in a time crunch or even better apend the time to take in all of the Weapons & Gear. I am truly really looking to get back there in the very near future. So thank you very much Blue Line Tac. & I will definitely be purchasing a firearm from your shop within the next week or two.... ~

Read moreThought I had a great relationship with this place for several years. I sure misjudged the owner Rich. I purchased a gun safe. I was very disappointed in the operation of the product. I returned it in the original packaging within 5 days with receipt. Receipt says no returns on firearms or special orders. This purchase was neither. Receipt goes on to say if you are not satisfied simply return your item within 30 days. Credit will be issued to your original form of payment. Items must be returned in new and unused condition including all parts and accessories in original vendor packaging. Based on this I thought I would have no problem getting a refund upon returning in 5 days when I wasn’t satisfied with item once I opened and tried. To my shock, I was told they would not take it back because I opened it and tried it. How else would I know if I was “satisfied”? Owner didn’t have decency to talk to me in person. Only spoke through his employees, who by the way do not wear masks!!! I was told they would have to “eat” it because it was opened. Whaaat? Said a store like Walmart can afford to take it back but they can’t. They could only take back if defective. Far from what their receipt says about not being satisfied.... nothing about only being defective. I honestly don’t know how a business gets away without honoring their return policy stated on their own receipt. Done with this place!!!! No way to treat loyal...
