Admit your mistakes, or don’t offer the expensive services. Received a store-prepared double-boxed package with fragile contents. I know there was a handsome charge for the services, and we were reassured that it would arrive safely. Opening the inner box, I immediately discovered the contents were broken. When reporting it to the store, the blame was pushed on me (recipient) for how I opened the package. This is complete nonsense and an unacceptable accusation. I could see it was damaged before unwrapping it from the bubble wrap. Also, knowing the fragile contents of the package and having OCD about these kinds of situations, I opened this package extremely gently, slicing the tape, not pulling or tugging on the bubble wrap in the least. Smug responses to questions, false accusations, charging for services that did not provide the agreed-upon results, and then deflecting all blame and recourse to others (“not my problem”). Read more"Pack and Ship" delivered an inferior service and failed to take responsibility for their error. They didn't even apologize. Instead they said the currior who picked it up should have checked to make sure "Pack and Ship" was not delivering an inferior service. I had to have template is made and delivered to a fabricator ASAP. My team work late into the night creating the templates. The CAD drawings were converted to PDF and sent to "Pack and Ship" who printed everyone of the templates at a different scale. Probably printed scale to fit not 1to1. This ment that the deadline was missed. Do not trust that "Pack and Ship" will provide a trusted service. Infact don't use them at all because they have a bad attitude and no quality control.
P.s. before they were sent the template were printed in VT with no problems in 10min...there were no issues with the CAD...
