Got the tints done two years ago as a gift. All 4 roll down windows got so scratched, the 2 little side windows had a few bubbles in them and the rear hatch was peeling. After they looked at my car they said oh no this is horrible and i made an appointment to get them fixed.(they blamed the horrible job on an ex worker) Shawn told me no matter what tint I get the price is the same so I asked for 5% hatch as I had everything 20% so they would do it for free as I am under warranty. He then called back an hour later saying I'd have to pay an extra $80 for the tint. I said forget it and to take the rear peeling window off and leave it off and to replace all windows. They had such attitude and were very defensive. I have a few friends who went here and they had bad experiences as well which I now wish I listened. When I got the car back after they fixed "everything" there was bubbles in every window, my door shakes when I start the car now and they left a sticker note on my rear view so I had to clean that glue off. When they agreed to replace everything they did not. They tried to get the bubbles out of the windshield strip which I assume is all the fingerprints left behind(there are still bubbles), the 4 roll down windows were replaced(bubbles everywhere), the 2 little side windows they did not touch as they said they are fine(5 bubbles on each window), and the hatch was removed and left with no tint. Part of the reason I chose this place was the “lifetime warranty” as I planned on holding onto my car for quite some time. I remembered leaving there with a very small yellow receipt which showed proof of my “lifetime warranty”. I remember thinking to myself, this can’t be the only possible copy to exist and they must have a master list to honor what they offer. Well. Life happens and as most people can figure the receipt information began to bleed out to the point it was invisible. I held onto it for years until it became nothing more than a small yellow crinkled receipt with nothing on it. Last year the entire tint on back windshield began bubbling, so I called them to see if they would honor that “lifetime warranty”. They tell me since I don’t have the receipt it nulls my warranty. Lol. A lifetime warranty honored only by proof of a 2x2 yellow receipt. I recently bought a used car dealership and planned on using them for multiple tints on vehicles, but knowing this is how they do business I’ll take mine somewhere else. Read moreLet me start with this: I live in Middletown, almost an hour away, and decided to make the trip down thanks to a family member's recommendation. I called Greg on a Thursday afternoon to make an appointment for Friday morning. Even though he was busy, he got me in early at 8:30. I showed up and worked with Jim to pick a tint shade. Jim was already busy working on another car but paused his work and brought me outside to show me what the shade I was thinking of looked like on a completed car and was overall very helpful and completely honest. He told me the car would be done in two hours and let me know I could find WiFi at Dunkin Donuts, a 5 minute walk away. Just before 10:30 I got the call to come pick up my car. The tints came out excellent. Everything is cut perfectly and there were no air bubbles whatsoever. Jim told me the moisture may cause a haziness for a few days, but I didn't notice any. Truly, the tints look like they are original to the car.
