All around amazing experience... I got lost on my way and was late and they were totally understanding and were only concerned about me and that I wasn't upset! First of all, the store is so cute! Its fairly small and cozy, but the dressing rooms are really generous in size and the decor is really sophisticated and well kept. Julie was so kind and made trying on dresses a really easy and enjoyable experience. She explained how the dresses were grouped by style and let me and my guests browse and pull out whatever we wanted. She also pulled a few based on what I was thinking I wanted. I didn't feel pressured or rushed, everything I said was taken to heart and she was an absolute expert at interpreting my descriptions and reactions to things, and figuring out what it was exactly I wanted, as I really didn't have a solid picture of what that was. She was so friendly and sweet, I really can't pay her enough compliments on her service. The gowns they sell are all absolutely stunning, and it didn't take long for us to find the perfect one. After I said yes to my dress, we celebrated with a toast and pictures, they gave me a t shirt and we all laughed and talked for a while. I could not have asked for a better experience honestly. I cannot say enough good things about Julie’s Bridal Gallery and my shopping experience with Bridal Consultant, Kim. Julie’s was the first shop we went to in search of my wedding dress, and I was hesitant to commit right away because I wanted to explore a few more stores. TOTALLY UNNECESSARY! I visited 3 additional bridal stores in south central WI (avoiding the big box stores in Madison and Rockford), and I was blown away with how different they each were. If you think bridal stores are all the same, think again! Julie’s had the best variety of dresses, and each was so much nicer, newer, and cleaner than the other shops. In addition, Kim was wonderful. The personalized service she gave far surpassed any other store. She took her time helping me get into each dress, talked through each dress with us, and contributed bridal expertise and experience with honest opinions to assist us with making the right choice for me. Seriously, do not buy anything from anyone until you give Kim at Julie’s a chance. Not only did they have the right dress for me, but Kim truly earned and deserved my business. My husband and I will be married 6 mos as of November 4, 2012. One of my favorite things I told people I wouldn't change or give up from our wedding was my dress. Julie's Bridal Gallery was able to find me the dress I pictured myself wearing. I described to Julie what I was looking for and she was able to find something comparable to the exact description. Everyone I worked with gave me a wonderful experience. One thing that I really loved also, was I told Julie what color I wanted for my bridesmaids dress and she helped us find one dress we thought would work; but then a different line came out with a color comparable and a dress that I loved even more for my girls to stand-up in. Julie also was able to help us with the tuxes and made the process as smooth as possible, being that we had groomsmen from all over the state.
